The tire light was on when I picked up the car. I called and texted Carzi but never go a response. So I just drove it and hoped nothing would happen. Crap customer service.

Entire experience was great and would love to use this company again however the only issue was the car we received was in bad shape and smelled like someone died in it. Assuming it was from someone smoking in the vehicle. Stains all over seats and just taken care of terribly with the low miles on it. I cringed every time we got in it to go anywhere it smelled that bad.

Only comment is in regards to windshield wipers. They were old or dry rotted from sun which made driving in the rain somewhat challenging. I would of preferred a newer car but the ease and convenience and price far outweighed the car model. I would definitely use Carzi for future rentals.

The car was great and above what was requested; however it was a little “too fancy”. I requested a small compact and received a luxury sedan that required premium gas. Overall it was a minor additional cost and the car worked fine but would’ve preferred a less costly car and fuel option.
