Really easy contactless rental. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great as well. No problems with the car.
I did not have the opportunity to pick the car up. I was on a flight to Arizona when I received my vehicle cancellation notice. Pretty stressful since all other rental agencies did not have a car. Needed to call a friend to come pick my family of 5 up. I believe if I have a confirmation and there is a cancellation as such it should have been up to Carzi to secure a vehicle from a competitor car rental agency with the same cost. I would never use their service again!
I’ve never used a no-contact car rental service before and didn’t know what to expect. Not too big of a shock but everything was absolutely great from the simplicity of pick-up and return, the rental car itself (much better than expected), customer service via the awesome Carzi team, value, etc. I would definitely recommend to friends-n-family, and would definitely rent from Carzi again in the future when traveling in their area of operations. Many issues with this company/vehicle. First off this is not the first time I rented a vehicle, I have been renting vehicles for years so I kind of know to expect. 475$ deposit, which is quite a bit but that was the least of my worries! Received the vehicle , horrible stench of smoke, break light lamp message the night I had rental , and HUGE mix up with this company&they didn't have their correct information with multiple people were reaching out trying to give us information, I can go on !
