We asked for a car for 8 people, this was for 6,
Dissapointed, then picked dropped it off on the east end, 10 days later we had reservations for a small suv, they did not have, the car, the car they wanted to give us had a flat and they wanted us to get it fixed.
We were met with a smile. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

The check in went smoothly and promptly our desk manager was kind courteous and very friendly. Appreciated our car being the size we asked and no surprises or pushes for the extras car rental places often do. We always rent from Andy’s. The only problem was the AC made a weird noise but otherwise the function and purpose was met for our week!
