Slow service.
Nice clean car. Rate was higher than expected probably due to insurance which was not figured in email quote.
The vehicle overheated on Wednesday and engine light came on. Also had no power. We shut it off and waited 5 minutes. Didn't happen again.

Very helpful
I was able to walk over to the office from the airport, so that was really convenient. I would like there to be more traffic signs regarding how to exit the rental office. Otherwise, the rental process itself was easy.
I really liked the car. It was easy to handle and wasn't big so I felt comfortable since it was my first time driving on the left.
Returning it was easy also. All around great service and I would rent from Andy's again.
The office staff were very business minded, quick service and efficient. Our car was just ok, seat would not adjust to my size, but over all very effective. A/C worked well. Return was easy and fast. Thanks!
