The lady that waited on us was very courteous, however the rental process was very lengthy and time consuming. We have rented vehicles from other agencies and it did not take nearly as long as the one at Andy's. There were no other customers waiting and the telephone was not ringing which we realize can slow processes down. Our reservations had been made in advance so our personal info was already on record.
The return of the vehicle was excellent.

The car was a bit older than I'd have liked with 70k miles. But it did work ok. I've been very pleased with the service the 2 times we have rented from Andys.
Wait time was way too long. When we arrived there was only one person at the counter to attend to people who were both dropping off and picking up cars. I was surprised at drop off that we had to wait in a long line again. Usually you can just pull into the lot, turn in the keys and get your receipt printed out on the spot.
We have always rented vehicles from your company during our vacation to Grand Cayman. We will continue to do so on future trips to GC. Thanks
