We have used Andy's for years, and ALWAYS have fantastic service. Staff are friendly and helpful, and treat us like old friends. This year I had to drop the car off and be taken to the hospital so I could accompany my wife to the plane via ambulance, and they easily and readily agreed to provide this extra service. When I made the reservation online, they immediately responded to my request for a discount for being a repeat customer, with my getting an email the next morning.

the van had 1 bad tire at the front. i requested it look at & the staff responded quickly. the mechanic tech came & replaced it with a new tire . he was very kind

Very helpful staff at the airport location. Allowed me to make a long distance call when my husband (who had the rental) wasn't there to pick me up.

Andy's is straight forward and easy. The vehicles are in decent shape and the staff is awesome. Rented from Andy's half a dozen times or so. I'd rather give my business to an independent than a big chain. I've never had a problem at Andy's.
