When I returned the car Saturday morning, the attendant was less than helpful. He was rude when asking where is the car (he was following me). I pointed out all the slots in the bays were full as were the slots behind the building. He walked around the car, checked the gas tank saying nothing to me. He finally asked if I wanted it on the same card and I said yes. Nothing more. I asked if we were done and he said yes. Not the friendliest staff person I've encountered at Andy's in many years.
We rented from Andes for the last two years and love the fact be can pick up at the airport and at the east end thanks Andy you make renting a breeze
We have visited Cayman every year for the last 12 years and only had a bad experience the first year when we did not rent from Andy's! since finding this fine group of people our auto rental experiance has been flawless. I am an elite member of one of the competitors on the island but would not even consider renting anywhere else.
The car we got was pretty crappy.
The vehicle was smaller than advertised, not as clean nor maintained as well as with a typical "bigger name" rental company.
A/C quit on first car, but exchange was made promptly by agent at Morritt's on East End.
Great little car for a great price!
Several interior trunk panels/lining kept falling off every time we accessed the truck. In a number of cases, the loose panels prevented the trunk from closing properly. Either remove the panels or fix them - easy solution either way.
I would highly recommend renting and trusting this company in Grand Cayman. No worries, no problems!!
There was only 2 people at the counter and several people waiting in line. Same with returning. We stood under the returning sign while a new person walked in to the reservation line to return and was helped before us.
I wasn't satisfied with the vehicle. It was too small for 5 adults and luggage. But, I loved the fact that it was a jeep. You really need 4 door jeeps. All in all, it was a great experience and will rent from you again if we ever return. Thank you.
