I have rented from Andys for ten years. Although typically a good company, this year they failed to meet a fair standard of service. It took me twenty seven minutes to get Jeep keys and I was first in line. Incompetent or new, I'm not sure. The Jeep had 52,000 miles on it but the interior looked as though 152,000! The arm rest had large cracks in it and it just frankly looked worn out. Any speed over 45 it shook as if it was coming apart! Not safe! I think you have always been better than this!
