Always rent from Andy's and always get great service - and always recommend Andy's. I do think it would be better to rent only right-hand drive vehicles - where driving on the left is the standard. While left-hand drive vehicles may be more familiar to North Americans on the inside, keeping your body to the center of the road is universal. But if you have a left-hand drive vehicle where they drive on the left - the rule is broken. I can do either, but think it's easiest to be consistent.

Old vehicle. Nearly 84,000 miles on it. Right side repainted. Floor mat on driver's side too big. Hard to remove ignition key. Noisy windshield wipers. But reliable. Good A/C. Handled well for its class.

As we were arriving in Grand Cayman via cruise ship, it would have been helpful to know about the pick-up option offered by Andy'S. If it is on their website, it isn't very prominent. Making that a question on the reservation list would be great: "would you want to use our pick-up/drop-off service? If so, what time and what location?" Etc.

Each time we are visiting the Cayman Islands we have used this car rental company. We always rent the second to lowest size car (compact), and I'm just continuously unimpressed with them. Whether we rent the most expensive car or the cheapest car, we should have a nice, clean, up-to-date car. This time our car wasn't cleaned very well, extremely old and outdated, and had a mildew smell in it. Our rearview mirror kept falling off. Just not impressed with the quality of compact cars.
