All fantastic, ended up with huge van rather than SUV as requested but all was perfect

Everything was as expected. It was a little disconcerting driving a vehicle that measured KPH when the speed limits are posted in MPH.

I cannot speak to waiting times when the office is crowded (that would be true at any agency) but my experience at times of low demand has been consistently very positive.
Car had bad wiper blades and many rattles. Rental price is very good!
