Online rental and pickup were easy and hassle free. Would rent from Andys again.
Car is outdated and has weird taped on tinting across windshield and rear window making visibility very difficult.
I completely enjoyed the car rental experience with Andy's. The left side steering made it easier for me to get used to driving on the left. We saw all corners of your beautiful island.

Hi. I was a little skeptical at first renting from Andy's. We've always rented from a North American/International car rental agencies. But Andy's prices were very competitive, and I felt I got more car for the money, so we went with Andy's. GREAT CHOICE! Great customer service. Shuttled us to our place in Sunset Cove AND offered to let us drop at Seven Mile Beach location and be shuttled to the airport. If we're back we'll rent with Andy's again, and we'll certainly recommend Andy's!
I made my reservation several months in advance for an SUV. I have rented from Andys in Cayman several times in the past. When I arrived I was told there were no SUV's available due to maintenance and I was given a Suzuki van. Definitely an inferior vehicle. I also was told by an outside employee that the SUV's had been overbooked. Very disappointing that I did not receive the vehicle I had reserved months in advance and that I was lied to. Vehicle was substandard based on previous rentals from this company. Expressed concern to Kelling and she showed extremely poor customer service. When I returned vehicle I reiterated my concerns and nothing done. Poor attitude. Rate quoted was different than what was given. Will be following up with manager. I have rented many times with this company and generally happy with them. When I've rented from the 7Me Beach recvd poor cars but not from airport location.
The rental fee was about twice the fee i usually pay. I am not sure if it is due to the merger or the fact I booked the car late. I will give it one more try next time I am in Grand Cayman.
Andy's has been a great place to rent cars for us. The only suggestion I would have is that they need to consider having more people at the check in desk during surge times, as the waits can get long, and the staff are not overly speedy. But the cars have always been clean, and reliable, and the rates have been very good.
