Extremely slow despite only 1 other customer; waited at least 30 min between finishing paperwork and receiving car; later customer got their car before us (same type); employees were not friendly and on the verge of rude. Service has declined since the last time we rented with Andys. Disappointed and not pleasant way to start vacation.

Reservation was for 7 of us and the vehicle provided would not fit that comfortably at all. They quickly turned around and cleaned a larger minivan for us. All in all satisfied and would rent again.

Car had 45,000 miles; squeaked terribly everytime you accelerated; was completely beat up on inside and out. Not one of our better rentals from Andy's who we have used many times before.

1 hour and 30 minutes to pick up a reservation is way to long. They were understaffed on their biggest day of the Saturday.
