I had reserved a van seven months in advance and was told when I arrived there were no vans available and instead they wanted to give me two cars. That was not acceptable as I was the only driver. The lady at the counter who initially assisted me was no help at all. The manager then worked with me and got me the van. The van was in HORRIBLE condition. The AC did not work consistently, torn seats, etc. Marc at 7MB location was exceptional! He got us a replacement newer van two days later.
We have used Andy's for many years when we visit the Cayman Islands. "The employees are helpful and friendly. Once, when we had a car with mechanical problems, they delivered us a new car with no complications.
Absolutely horrible experience. Go to caymans every year and will never do business with you again. Rented a Jeep, whole side of cover for Jeep missing. Rep oh is this okay? Freaking no, it isn't okay it is 100 degrees here and part of the vehicle is missing, gave us a piece of crap SUV that I wouldn't normally ever be seen in something like that. Thankfully. It cranked every time we got in it, but we had our doubts. tried to return and get cleaner veh & was told nothing available. Terrible.

Care was dirty, smelled, had several nicks and dings in it. The staff were not friendly, wait time was ridiculous. Was told would only be charged $100 deposit and on return, the full amount would be charged, instead they charged the full amount. Bad experience, will not rent from Andy's at the GCM airport again.
The staff was happy and most accommodating. The rate we were quoted was excellent as always. This was our second rental with Andy's and we will be renting from them on our next visit.
A little slow checking in. We arrived a t a very busy time and only 2 agents at the counter. Once we got our cars (vans) everything was GREAT! We love Andy's. Have used them for many years.
