There was only one person running the desk so there was a wait. However, he was very helpful and friendly. He worked hard to make sure everything was good. Only issue with the vehicle was that one headlight was not working but we didn't know that until the following evening. Would still use again and recommend!

Picked up at airport. Service was great. The car was not exactly what I had planned on, but it was in the category I chose (Mini-Van). Got a Suzuki something or other. It wasn't the best, but it did get me from point A to Point B on all occasions and the air conditioner worked great. The seats were torn. The key fob didn't work. It was difficult for us (58-63 years old) to get into and out of, especially those in the far back seats. Extended rental one day - no problems. Will rent again.

We have been renting from Andy's rental car in Grand Cayman for years. Easy from the airport to get car. Extremely easy to drop off and walk to the terminal. Cars are always clean and I've never had an issue whatsoever.
