We had a great experience with Andy's. It was very convenient to pick up and drop off our rental at the East End office within walking distance of where we were staying. Our only complaint would be that the staff talked so quietly it was hard to understand exactly what they were saying. Thanks for a great rental Andy's!

1 hour wait at arrival. They were slammed with many customers at the same time and had only two desk clerks. The desk personnel were not only processing pick ups but returns as well. Saturdays are just crazy busy at the airport and at Andy's. The car however was newer (we have had some pretty beat up ones in the past) and the air conditioning worked great. Drop off was much faster.

Car was tired with several blemishes. However, as was pointed put to me, unlikely anything that might happen such as another ding would even be noticed. I would not have wanted to have guests ride in the car. But it ran well and served our needs just fine.
