I am a Destination Expert for Grand Cayman on Trip Advisor and I always recommend Andy's.
Great rates and good service. Cars aren’t in great shape (had to exchange the first one due to tire losing air) with lots of dings, etc. but still a good running car for a great price! Would definitely rent from Andy’s again!
We waited approximately one hour in line and in process to rent a van that was reserved. There were only two people ahead of us at the time. For about 10 minutes, two employees sat in the little office going through papers rather than waiting on customers. Extremely disappointed in the service. The saving grace was that when we FINALLY got to our turn the attendant was nice and allowed us to switch to a larger van. And then your helper drove our luggage to our condo as it wouldn't all fit !

The transmission was slipping a bit and I told the agency when I returned the car. They welcomed the info.
picking up the car seemed to take a little while, but everything else was great. It would be great if all the forms could be preprinted and signed by the customer to speed checkin.
