Cars are old and in poor mechanical condition. I've rented from Andy's exclusively over the past 18 years and was always with pleased with the quality and value of the cars. However, my rental this week was subpar. I was actually stopped by a police officer because the registration on the windshield was expired.

no one asked if I needed a 4 door jeep when reservation was made. We received a 2 door jeep with 60k miles and in very poor condition. would not fit our luggage, seats would not fold down, entry and exit very difficult.

My only compliant is that it takes a long time to process the reservation and to drop off the vehicle. Most travelers today certainly from the US expect a quick counter service or if fact complete automation. This will not stop me from renting from Andy's but I think it could effect business long term as perhaps more rental companies adopt new technology.
