The rental charges are extortionate compared to and in relation to the very poor standard of vehicle you are providing to your customers.
The first vehicle kept stalling out but I took it back and got a replacement the next day. I waited about 30 minutes to get the replacement but had no problems with the replacement vehicle and as a repeat customer they gave me a 20% discount without asking.
The car was old, banged up all over and had lots of miles on it (55,000+). It was the size we needed but it was too crappy.
I have rented from you many times. This car was not in good shape. Many dents and scatches as qell as some rust. Radio antenna torn off so we didnt get much reception where staying in east end, rear wiper torn off, and noticed after about a mile down the road that gas tank was not full. Very dissapointed!
The car was perfect for us, small and nippy, but with enough space for our bags. The rental team were extremely helpful.
Service is a little slow since all information has been entered online before arrival.

The air conditioner took a very long time to cool down the car's interior. Very unhappy with the extra charges (our flight there gets in early but the flight home is later in the day so there were additional charges even if I returned the car around 1 1/2 hours past the time the car was picked up on the day of arrival. I realize that your staff needs time to clean the cars for incoming renters. I have been renting from Andy's over 15 years and feel that a bit of leeway should be granted.
Cars are old and in poor mechanical condition. I've rented from Andy's exclusively over the past 18 years and was always with pleased with the quality and value of the cars. However, my rental this week was subpar. I was actually stopped by a police officer because the registration on the windshield was expired.
