Great service from a great staff,
The car, while the engine and a/c worked, was in terrible shape otherwise: sliding doors that didn't open correctly, light on inside of back door hanging off, broken middle bench, "WTF" carved into the back of the driver's seat.
Very easy to walk to from the airport exit. Quick service during pick up and drop off. Great that all 8 of us could travel in one car during our visit.
Car was ok but pretty beaten up. Both the rental and return process was very long. Seemed like a lot of paperwork and waiting. No sure why it needs to be like this.
Andy’s is very convenient... it’s as close a walk as the other rental agencies just a different direction... walk straight out from the airport and it’s across the small parking lot.

It took forever to get our vehicle. They were understaffed at check in. Do not rent a jeep wrangler! None of their tops open without the use of power tools!

We have been Andy's patrons for over 15 years . Service has always been courteous and professional and the inventory has recently been upgraded . Will be returning each year for our rental.
