Car worked well and was in good shape.
Regretably, windshield was filmed inside and wax-contaminated outside, so driving at night (or looking into the sun) was between unpleasant and dangerous. I know vinyl outgassing et cetera is a problem in a hot climate, but PLEASE don't leave this to the renter to try to deal with.

It took over 1 hour to pick up the car, 6 people in line in front of me after 2 people walked out to rent from other vendors. The return was almost as bad, 2 people ahead of me renting cars and took over 20 minutes to get waited on to return the vehicle. Not acceptable customer service..

The best company in the area
I greatly appreciated the extra accommodation I received for a piece of luggage that would not fit into my rental car.
The staff was very courteous and helpful. I left an item at our hotel and they helped me retrieve it before leaving the rental agency!
Always courteous and our "go to" car rental agency when in Grand Cayman!
