Vehicle was unsafe due to brakes/calipers/bearings grinding at every stop and shaking the entire Jeep. We didn’t drive it the last 3 days of our trip because of it so they gave us 10% off the rental..... seats, doors, mirrors, topper were all extremely worn or corroded or rusted. Will never rent from this company again

The first car was unacceptable, A/C and radio, and was exchanged at 4 miles. 2nd car was new and perfect, as is my normal experience with Andy. I will be renting from Andy next December.

I needed to extend my rental, and even though they were booked up; Andy's found a way to get me a vehicle. Andy's is the closest agency to the airport, and they bring the car right to you. I have used another rental agency, and I had to try and navigate the vehicle out of a very tight lot.
