At pickup, agent gave me a better rate than we booked when we reseved. She was very friendly and helpful. At drop off, a different agent was quite terse and not especially friendly. Overall experience was great.

When I got home I noticed on my credit card receipt I was over charged by $91. The gal typed in wrong amount when I called they assured me it would be corrected. So far it is not I will put a dispute charges on my credit card they can fix before I let payment go through
