My online reservation was not on the system, had all cars been booked out I would have been in trouble and have no car. Poor service to offer online booking, if a confirmed booking Is not visible by your agents.

The woman that was working when I checked in was super friendly and helpful. She saw are snorkeling gear and gave us a map of the island, which she circled all the good places to snorkel at. She showed us where we could swim with the turtles and the blow holes were as well. She went over all the car details with me talked to me about driving on the wrong side of the road, and showed me the roundabouts and explained how they worked. I lost my debit card there and she called to let me know.
