Disappointed that there were no right-hand full size cars. We are divers so travel with 4 suitcases requiring a full size car to hold all of luggage.

The rental process is slooooooow. The car’s window were so dirty, i had to stop at a gas station to clean them. The car’s shifter was difficult to put into reverse/park.

First time renting at Andys, Cayman. Impressed with customer service... polite and thorough (and NO hard selling)! Special thanks to Claudis B Stewart, 7 mi office, for her patience with us and taking time to explain all rental details/points. Only caveat is we didnt know you had to request a right hand drive vehicle on our pre rental reservation but we know now. Left hand drive worked out fine plus Claudia did actually make an extra effort to secure us a diff vehicle to switch to later.
