Worst rental experience I have had and I am a frequent renter. Tried Andy’s as our the usual place we go has long lines. Only 3 People in front of me waited 70 minutes. Held hostage for insurance even though my credit card and personal insurance covers international. Van was a POS everything broken on it. The interior was literally falling off. Staff acted like they we in purgatory and the customers were the bane of their existence. Never again!!

Overall a good rental experience. However, a few things could be improved. Staff at the rental counter were in no hurry to take care of customers, both at pick-up & return. Also, there was a lot of emphasis placed on insuring the car and the consequences for not doing so, almost to the point of intimidating people to take their insurance.. Other than that, no other issues. I would use them again.

Overall experience was very good. Rate was honored and all charges were clearly explained. Overall very good experience with Andy's Rental Car. Would definitely rent from them again in the Caymans. Very convenient location next to airport terminal. 2 minute walk.

Vehicle was dirty. Air Conditioning didn’t work properly. Side sliding doors were difficult to operate and frequently wouldn’t open.

We’ll defintely would use Andy’s again, friendly service, great communication. My personal experience was fantastic, i do not see any points they need to improve. 5 stars!
