I had to turn in the first vehicle because the air conditioning didn't work, it had over 100,000 rental miles on it. The second was marginally better, the ac worked but it was old, 80,000 miles, doors wouldn't close right, the transmission labored, pretty old.

They car I rented was at least 10 years old.. they need to update their fleet. Other agencies on the island all have new cars.

I made a reservation for a car one up from the basic economy car but in fact both are the same vehicle. It may be helpful for this to be made more clear. I was only charged for the economy car so cannot fault either that or the service received. I would definitely use again.
good experience, easy return
Becki, Claudia and your entire staff went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our vehicle. You even sent a tech to start a dead battery for oe our best friends, Dr. Donald Lutz, while we were at dinner together and he forgot to turn off his headlights. Your service is the best on the island and we have been using it for 30 plus years!!
Andy’s was very convenient as we walked to the office from the terminal.
