Great customer service!
In general, the last two rental experiences with Andy's have been good. The cars have been below expectation in terms of what was reserved versus what was provided. This is typically not addressed. For example, we rented with the expectation of a Ford Focus and received a Chevrolet Optra. The radio did not work, and the car was very old. However, it ran well and was adequate. The previous experience was similar with the vehicles. The staff goes above and beyond to be courteous and help though.
The staff are very helpful and willing to assist you with any inquiries you may have about your rental. A+ service and will definitely rent from them again when necessary.
The vehicle was a little worn/beat up, but that's to be expected with a rental car. What bothered us the most was that there was no keyhole on the trunk so we could not easily open the trunk with the key. Having to open the car and pull the trunk latch isn't as convenient. In all of our years of renting with Andy's, I think this was the first time we had a car without this feature. We also never seem to get vehicles with arm rests either, which is an odd thing not to have in the states.
We rented in Grand Cayman. The car suited it's purpose. It got us around all week and the price was great! The pick up and drop off location couldn't have been more convenient.

I had reserved a full size car. I recieved a Kia Rio this was not a full size car and they did not have any other cars available.
