Everything went smooth the car and rate were what I expected no waiting I had 6 adults and needed something that could handle all of us with luggage and Andy's came through with a nice van that we were all comfortable in this was my 2nd year using Andy's and I will be back again next year I recommend them to anyone traveling to Grand Cayman.

Vehicle rather old and scratched all around. Difficult to unlock vehicle with key (no remote). A/C was just OK as it took about 2-3 miles to come to temperature. More importantly, the person checking out the vehicle either placed the wrong set of paperwork in the door of the vehicle as I left, or the person checking in the vehicle misplaced my paperwork after the visual inspection, claiming I did not fill the tank with gas upon arrival. In the end it was resolved, but what a waste of time.

Best value, best located car hire at Grand Cayman Airport. Short walk from terminal, We had a new car (2200 miles on the clock) and excellent service.

The vehicle was the perfect size for 5 people with a full trunk capable of handling all our beach chairs, snorkel gear and coolers. We were waited on promptly and even received a compliment from the lovely lady at the counter when she thought I was my sons “wife” LOL Thanks for everything, we’ll definitely rent from you again on our next trip to Cayman.

The air conditioning of the car provided was faulty to the point of uselessness. It was immediately replaced with a satisfactory, though smaller, vehicle as soon as the fault was reported. The service was excellent.
