i had reserved a mid sized car, and when my car was brought out is was a compact. i was confused and was told that i had reserved a compact. however that is not what i reserved nor what my confirmation email stated. after showing my email confirmation i was eventually provided with the correct size car that i had reserved. after that we had no problems and a great experience

It was the worst rental car I have ever rented. They switched the van but I cannot say the second one was that much better than the first. Their cars are in rough shape compared to the other agencies available.
