I have been using Andy’s Rent A Car for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. The only time I had issues with my rental they happily exchanged the vehicle and I was able to continue my vacation plans without any hassles.
Great experience
Andy’s takes too long to process rentals and takes too long to process returns. All paperwork seems to be started from scratch every time despite having all the info in hand. If there are many people in line - customers will be there for a loooong time. The cars are basic - nothing fancy - but the rates don’t always reflect that. THe staff is friendly but their processes are just poor and take too long.
Would be nice to have options for right hand drive given the side of the road we drive on here. And options for manual cars
