Had to wait 45 minutes to get my car, the lady helping me was outstanding however you need to have more than one person at the counter assisting customers.

It took over an hour to get a car. The other customers in line in front of me had problems then once it was my turn in the queue, the employee spent about 15 minutes on the computer just starring at the screen and manipulating the mouse. I purchased a car faster at my local dealership.. The car I got was damaged in the rear and the rear view mirror was so loose, I had to hold it up to see out of it as I was driving. The employees are super friendly..
