The staff were very helpful, and answered any questions promptly, which were sent by email. Very pleased with how thing went.
The car I rented had an issue on June 11th I went to start it in the morning and battery was dead. I was staying at Morritts and walked to the rental depot near Morritts. They gave me a great discount and exchanged the car. I went from a mid size to a smaller car . They came and dealt with the original car. Very efficient. Excellent service and when I got to Andy’s in Georgetown they gave me a ride to the airport. Very very satisfied with Andy’s have rented before and will do always in futu
Thalia was very helpful looking for an item I left behind. Also the managers at the 7 mile beach location and the Airport location were also very helpful. The airport manager met me at the car as I ran there from the terminal before the plane left.

Rented a Kia Picanto that was perfect for our vacation on the island. Small enough to get great gas mileage (about 40 mpg), AC worked as expected, and had right-hand drive (which I feel is important on the island). Both staff working with me a pickup and return we wonderful.
We weren't able to get a midsized car as we reserved so we got stuck with a very small car. It did not meet our luggage needs but they were able to accommodate by shuttling a member of our party to the airport.
I am a repeat client . Always a happy client !
