They were extremely short staffed: one employee for four sets of customers. They have a policy that only allows 28 days rental. Since we rented for 34 days, we had to return our car and go through a very lengthy rental renewal process.

The car was satisfactory getting you from point A to point B but in disrepair. Stained seats, ripped and cracked console. Chrome pieces on the exterior were falling off. Also never received a final email receipt as promised when I returned the vehicle.

Our rental had been smoked in previously, you could smell it instantly. Andy’s did ask if we wanted a different vehicle, we had waited along time for check in so refused.
