No problems, but slow and not friendly when I arrived. First gave me such a beat-up car that I refused it. Was hesitant to gave me a better one, which they did at the end. There were enough cars. Just a general unwelcome feeling.

Long wait (over 40 mins) at check in and not so friendly service but the return was much smoother and the service much nicer. Would rent from them again.

Long wait to check out. The level car reserved wasn’t available, so was downgraded to smaller one. First car given died and had to be traded in. They did respond quickly when it died, but I would have preferred to receive a car that didn’t require a service car three hours after receiving it.

We rent regularly from Andy’s. Pick up is easy at the airport and if there is a problem it is convenient with second location on West Bay Road.
