The staff and the service at Andy's Car Rental were great to work with. No issues with the rental and the vehicle was in perfect condition.

The SUV we rented was clean and well maintained. It served us very well during our visit to Grand Cayman. I always rent from Andy's.
Took over an hour to complete the vehicle pick up, and then another 15 minutes to add another driver. Wait was excessive. Your airport office lacks sufficient staff, which is apparent every time we visit the airport location.

The car rented was perfectly satisfactory and served us well, although it was a class below that originally quoted for. The registration process required a long wait - after a long flight, not ideal - as only one operator was staffing the desk. That said, the lady in question could not have been more helpful nor efficient and was a pleasure to deal with - she needs some help! The location of the rental company directly on Grand Cayman airport is a massive plus.
Waited over an hour in line. Staff was not organized. Process was inefficient. Didn't get the vehicle listed on my reservation. Why did I have to fill out the same info in person that I previously did online? Overall, poor customer service. Will think twice before booking here again in the future.
It took about 60 minutes to check in because we were at the end of a line of 7-8 customers. I wasn't happy about that. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
