Suggestions: offer "Local" rates, so those that support company throughout winter aren't paying high "tourist" rates as soon as summer hits. Suggestion: Offer POW rates during summer? One day charge for pick up 11 AM, drop off at 2:30 PM next day (instead of hourly charge for those waiting for the ferry).

Had a great experience this time, I rented with them this time because I had had good experiences in the past. Every rental I have had with them has been stellar and the cars have always been in great condition. Thank you for the great service!

I'm still waiting on a refund for being over charged. It's been a month and nothing. I called to see what's up and the desk clerk took a message for manager (clerk didn't have refund authority but confirmed the system reflected a refund due to me still). Manager was suppose to call me by Jan 2nd but I still haven't heard back and it's Jan 5th now. Manager needs to brush up on their customer service skills. Now I have to ask for my refund for a 3rd time now. 👎🏽 That's pretty annoying.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. It is a major plus to be able to be picked-up for the car rental and being able to leave it at the IFA Ferry terminal. I will definitely be keeping my Ketchikan car rental business the Alaska Car Rental.
