Great car and great service
I've been renting a car each summer for a week or so since 2009.
Upgraded to a very nice full size Chrysler for about ten bucks. Got a free ride back to the cruise ship from the friendly staff. Thanks!

We were on a cruise and wanted to rented a car (highly advised). They picked me up when I called and the guy who picked me and dropped me off was friendly. We later experienced a tire puncture and they sent someone out to see if we were ok. I was thoroughly impressed with how they handled it (they did not charge me for it as I was on a paved surface when it occurred). I would definitely rent again from them when I visit Ketchikan (which I will definitely do again). Great staff!
I rented a Chrysler 200 and wouldn't choose that car again. It was new and very nice, but the window design causes poor visibility. Based on that, I don't believe that the particular model is good for rental use. Just my opinion though!
