Our original vehicle had an issue but I ticked satisfied (Q#6) because when we brought it back, we were promptly given a (better) replacement vehicle. There were no further issues.

All the Alaska spots were taken in the upper lot. It wasn't clear where to park; I eventually talked to another customer who was having the same problem and he told me to park in the lower lot.

The computer didn’t put through my reservation. I was lucky they had a car, which had Just come in so it wasn’t cleaned. I showed them my reservation & it was honored even tho they didn’t have it. They were very nice.
