The Alaska Car Rental Group is great in Ketchikan. My vehicle is ready on time, ask if I need the ferry passes, and get me out the door efficiently and quickly. They are a great team!

Vehicle was clean. Prompt, knowledgeable service. Only satisfactory rating was the vehicle itself wasn’t what I’m used to. Not the agency’s fault. Chrysler’s fault (or my standards,)

I was surprised at the age of the vehicle. It was 8 years old. Musty. Performed o.k, but for the price I do expect a nicer/newer vehicle.

Air conditioning and the plug for charging phone did not work, and had a lot of dents. Usually would not need air conditioning in Ketchikan, but 2 of the days were in the high 70s. In spite of all the dents, it ran well, got good gas mileage. The person who helped us was great! Friendly, funny, and told us of all the problems with the car before we rented it. It was an expensive car rental, but comparable to other agencies in Ketchikan. I chose it because it was a locally owned company.
