No issues picking up or dropping off the vehicle, they included ferry passes for both directions (to and from the airport) as there is still no bridge. The car was clean, ran well and held my work gear. A good experience, better than I have had from other car rental companies in the past.

Fast pick up, the paperwork took just a minute and we were on our way. The lady on staff when we returned the vehicle was so nice and dropped us back to town and shared some local knowledge along the way. Good stuff!

Great pick up/drop off from the cruise port! Our ship arrived several hours early and they were able to give us a different car so that we didn't miss out on a day of touring
