Great team in Ketchikan!
Door fob was a bit tricky/confusing on the Jeep Renegade.
Everything was delivered as advertised. Service at the airport was courteous and efficient.

The car was not clean and clearly had not even been inspected since the last renter had returned it (the car stank like cigarettes and there was an open pack in the car cup holder).
The vehicle had many stains on the seats. With this virus, it should have been steam cleaned to assure customers that their safety was important and valued. It would also ease the minds of customers who travel to know that this agency is taking every precaution to provide clean and sanitized vehicles for them.
I received a brand new vehicle and it made my trip much more enjoyable. I felt safe and confident that it could handle the unexpected snow. It was a subaru forester.
We rented during a snowy, slick Ketchikan winter. Although not brand new the vehicle was winter ready with good tread on the tires. As experienced Alaskans this is far more important to us than a new car smell. Typically in Anchorage you have to pay extra for snow tires. Not so in Ketchikan from this company! The rental was clean, the staff were knowledgeable, and the jeep had no problem going way out the road or dealing with the snow on those steep Ketchikan roads.
