Very pleasant experience and we appreciated the shuttle service that was quick to get us, even though I failed to make arrangements.

Friendly, helpful, provided shuttle back to the cruise ship. Would rent again if I was ever back in the area.

I NORMALLY HAVE A GREAT CAR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY AGENT WAS GREAT AS ALWAYS HOWEVER, THE CAR NOT SO MUCH. IT WAS NOT FULL(NOTABLY BELOW THE FULL LINE). IT WAS NOT CLEAN INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE BUT I COME ONCE A MONTH AND I LOOK FORWARD TO NEXT MONTH BEING BETTER . RESPECTFULLY, JESSICA TAYLOR
