Staff and service was EXCELLENT! The minivan (a Dodge Grand Caravan) was underwhelming. The front tires were nearly bald (very bad for driving in snow and on wet roads during the winter), and the passenger side sliding door didn't function properly. We had to ride home in the dark with the door "closed", but with the light on. The car smells faintly of vomit. This car has definitely been through some issues. Please replace the tires, disinfect/deodorize the interior, and get the door fixed.

The staff was courteous and friendly. However, the car was another story. We rented a ford focus and it made knocking sounds every time I decelerated, and the brakes were squeaky. It was nerve racking driving that car, especially when I am traveling to a new place 1 1/2 hours away. I prayed every time I drove that the car wouldn't break down on me. It didn't BUT I would not recommend that car for future renters' peace of mind and safety.
