Great experience.
Affordable Rent-A-Car was true to its name in offering great value vs. its peers. Given its off site location, one should add a little more time to the rental and return process, and Affordable made accommodation for an after hours pick-up. Importantly, the car worked great for our family vacation.
we arrived late on Christmas day but the van was at the location we were advised to pick up at.
We loved the personal experience we received. They knew who we were when we called to make an addition to our rental, and responded promptly to a question I had about the quote.
Good overall experience
Would definitely rent from Affordable again and recommend to others. The process was painless (no hidden fees or long agreements ag check-in) and the staff was courteous and friendly.
The only issue we had is that the car didn't have a snow/ice scraper and the snowstorm was coming...
