I was able to book a Suburban online using your website and shortly after receiving an e-mail confirmation I received a call from one of your representatives stating the vehicle was in fact unavailable and I should not have been able to request this vehicle type online. To complicate matters, upon receiving the initial e-mail confirming my vehicle rental, I cancelled another reservation. Your staff was able to to work behind the scenes & honor the vehicle rental. Kudos to your company and staf

Affordable Rent-A-Car was true to its name in offering great value vs. its peers. Given its off site location, one should add a little more time to the rental and return process, and Affordable made accommodation for an after hours pick-up. Importantly, the car worked great for our family vacation.
