We had a non smoking vehicle, however when it got hot throughout the day, it smelled like someone had smoked in it before (stale cigarette smell). We don't smoke and are highly sensitive to it due to having asthma

The rental worked just fine. The picture portrayed online was a newer model Ford Fusion. I naturally believed I would be renting a new model Ford Fusion or better. Upon arrival, I received an older Chevy Malibu. The rep explained the Chevy was an upgrade from a standard to a full size rental. It did not seem like a n upgrade to me. If it had been a newer model Chevy I would have been more understanding. However, this did not impact the purpose of the rental.
