great van. safe. came with the necessary winter accessories (2 snow scrapers). check in and check out easy. staff very friendly. would rent a van from this family owned business again.

I saved $200 by renting through Affordable Rent-a-car vs. an on-airport rental. My car was waiting for me at the designated pickup spot and everything I needed was in the car. Very happy with my rental and would definitely rent from them again!

The drop off experience was troublesome. They say they open at 8am and the shuttle starts at 8:30am. The office didn't open until almost 8:30, which caused some stress because my flight was at 10am and I still needed to get to the airport from the drop off location. To speed things up for me, they said they would email my receipt. I still have not received a receipt.
