We were so pleased at the easy pickup! Out shuttle arrived promptly and whisked us away to the car rental. The staff was already prepared for arrival, the car was washed and ready right in front and it took all of 5 minutes to hand over our drivers licenses, credit card, and we were ready to walk out! Amazing! We returned for drop off after regular hours, but the drop off process was simple and the shuttle basically followed us to the parking spot and again we were whisked back to the airport

What a great price - definitely live up to their name. The car was clean and in good working condition. I like the fact I’m supporting a smaller business and not a massive chain. I’ll definitely rent from Affordable again when I visit Utah!

Everything was good with rental - just a little inconvenient to have to go through the whole off-site pick up and drop off due to limited office hours.

The only issue with the car was the faultiness of the power window switches, but we got around that. The car performed well otherwise. The customer service was tremendous and very personable. Very detailed throughout and the staff was even reachable off hours.

Bar none the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. The staff is top notch and the car was great. We’ll definitely rent here again if we’re in the area.
