While the staff and rental experience was perfectly fine the vehicle was unsatisfactory. 5 year old kia with 60k miles with zero suspension left and bad breaks. Also very little power to get up to highway speeds. Next time we will spend the extra money for something drives much nicer and safer.

The 'Off-Airport' Shuttle situation at SLC Airport is less than satisfactory. They make the customers of Affordable and Fox Rental Car companies walk about a half mile from baggage claim. This needs to be rectified.

Excellent rental experience all around. I thought I was probably giving up some quality in exchange for choosing the cheapest option, but that was not the case. The car was in great shape, pickup and drop-off were both very smooth - just great all around.

I arrived after hours and picked the car up at the designated parking area. Zero problems, and the transportation was nearly immediate; I didn't wait more than 1 minute for the shuttle. My return flight changed, and I needed to drop-off after hours too. A quick late night text message confirmed this was fine, and the return was similarly smooth. Again, I didn't even wait 1 minute for the shuttle. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Affordable again if I ever fly to SLC!

Friendly and professional service was just incredible. I actually approached several rental car vendors at SL International to see if they could match my deal. They were twice as expensive, not customer friendly, and, it seemed, put out by my asking for a good deal. I’ll always use Affordable Rental and recommend them to anyone.
