Great overall experience. Wonderful staff that was friendly and very helpful. Very convenient for us! Great cars and great price that gave us far, far more than we would have gotten from larger companies. Super thoughtful and convenient drop-off arrangement. Very happy with our experience and will definitely recommend this to others!

Staff was friendly and helpful when I picked up the vehicle
The vehicle was dirty. The windshield inside was smeared and dirty restricting vision. There wasn’t a snow brush available. For a rental vehicle at a ski resort that should be standard.
Everything was great! Only comment was that I wish the ski rack was installed with both release levers on the same side! Small thing in the grand scheme of the rental though.

I went with Affordable because they had the lowest rates. Unfortunately, they tacked on service fees for picking up and dropping off outside of normal business hours and ended up costing more than other providers.
