My only constructive criticism would be to let renters know that the "shuttle" to the airport is (or can be) the car you rented. I called to ask how often the shuttle is and was not told it was going to be my own car. I thought I was getting in a separate vehicle/bus and since we had a lot of luggage and car seats, I dropped my husband, kids, and luggage off at the airport first. We could have saved a lot of time had I known my rental was being used to bring us to the airport.

very average. the parking spot procedure on the weekend was tedious and not easy. when i was on the affordable site to rent, the charge was supposed to be 400 something. the final bill was 500 something. i got bait and switched to pay more than i was supposed to pay.

Great and affordable rental agency! Process for afterhours pick-up and drop-off were easy and quick. The drive from SLC airport to the Parking Spot lot is only about 7 minutes.

Great experience. It was very easy to get the car and drop it off. The instructions for pick up were great. I was a little confused on the drop off instructions only because I couldn't find the row that was mentioned on the sheet but it was a great experience overall.
