The cost difference from other providers was HUGE. The minivan was an older model, but worked great for us.
Given mileage could use a increase
Overall great experience. Since we arrived after hours the car was parked for us in the short term parking garage and we received a text on where to locate the car. When we returned the car to the North Temple location there was a driver there to drive us, in the car we rented, to the airport. The only hiccup we experienced was not being able to connect with the office a few times over the phone. We would call and the hold music would play briefly and then just hang up.
Smaller, locally owned, family business and there was a little bit of confusion over the rental agreement that wasn't sent to me when it should have been but we got things straightened out in time. Very friendly and helpful folks and the vehicle was perfect.
Good price. Got my deposit back. No attempt to upsell or présure to buy insurance etc that you get from the national companies. Picked me up very fast from the airport.
My rental was clean and appropriately fit my needs!

I arrived after hours and was told I should pick up the car at The Parking Spot. When I called for the shuttle they told me they didnt work with Affordable any longer and they did not have their cars. Affordable had texted me the parked location of the car but no message telling me it was parked in the airport parking garage. I finally figured it out and found the car. I had to pay $35 to get the car out of the airport parking which was a surprise to me.
We had a big problem with the car! There was a Warning sign of low pressure in front Left tire. it was 24. Psi. We were very upset and worried a lot that we wouldn’t make it to the Airport and miss our flight home. We risked our lives driving that car in that condition. It shouldn’t have happened. We expected to have a good car and not to have any problems, but we had a big problem. We are not happy with what happened and won’t rent a car here again! We won’t recommend it to our friend
