Everything went extremely well. The only issue was when dropping the car off on a Saturday. The location we rented from was closed and no one told us to return the vehicle to the airport economy lot. We figured it out but it was a little stressful. The email confirmation directions were different then what it said on the phone.

The staff seemed very new and were in training. The car had a lot of damage, windshield was cracked. Passenger door was hard to open. The overall experience was below par but the cost was good.

Extremely frustrated that I was given the wrong information. I asked for a late drop off and was told it would be and extra $25. Then when the time came it was almost $90. This misinformation and bait and switch tactic was extremely upsetting.

They are so friendly and helpful! They made the renting experience easy and stress free. Best price and more personable than a large car rental business. Will definitely use again whenever I come back to SLC.
