Car was banged up a bit - dents and scratches were marked on the contract. More disturbing was the fuel was 3/4 full while the contract said full. There was a 90 mile difference on odometer. I had problems getting out the gate. There were two QR codes to scan, which I did according to the paperwork (scan this first). I had to rescan in opposite order and the gate magically opened. Very confusing. I interacted with no staff, so the questions about staff should be N/A

I have not rented from Affordable before, but I guarantee I will again. The process was so smooth, and the customer service AMAZING. My flight arrived after closing and they had a super convenient process for pick it up and drop off. They were available via phone and text when I had questions. They were flexible with my schedule and method of communication that worked best for me. The car was in great shape and ready to go! They preset a variety of radio stations so I didn't have to find them!

You guys seem to really care about getting it right for your renters. Thanks for being such nice people. I do wish I’d known that I needed to call your office to have the shuttle dispatched to the airport to pick me up after landing. Maybe that’s somewhere in the instructions, but it’s worth highlighting. Another rental car shuttle driver had to tell me that. Otherwise, really smooth experience, and my car was tip top at a super price. Will rent again from Affordable, for sure.
