Our only comment is the seat belts. They are a little funky to deal with, they lock up and you have to keep taking it off and putting it back on to make it not tight. Other than that everything was great - even the drop off on Saturday at the Parking Spot was so quick and easy. Mahalo!

I did not like that Affordable was closed at 12:30 pm when I went to turn the car in. I was told to park in in a lot a few blocks away. How could I be sure that any additional dents, scratches, etc, were not caused by another person/car? Also, when I picked up the car I had questions about how to set up an account online (because it didn't seem to work) and the person at the counter admitted they were unfamiliar with the website and was unable to help.

I still had issues picking up the vehicle. I scanned the QR code marked "Scan first" and the other next, but that did not work, I then tried the reverse order. I then tried again and the gate magically opened. Very confusing.
