I had a great experience. The only issue was that the first rental car that was provided to me to drive ended up having low tire pressure in one of the tires, so the tire pressure warning light turned on, and I returned the car and was given a different car, which was a minor inconvenience, but I did receive a slightly bigger/nicer car, and the rental car company employees were very helpful and nice.

Staff was really Nice but we pick up thé car during close hour and its was not so clear
