Got to the Orlando airport and no answer to be picked up. Called 3 times,3 different numbers. No answer. Finally went to another rental car booth and was told no cars were available at any car rental company due to the hurricane. Why was I given a reservation? Why wasn't I called when a problem was discovered? Ended up renting with Avis 3 days later. Never did get a hold of this company. I'll never trust a no name car rental company again.

-They tried to charge me 5 times the initial quote. -They didn't have the car available. -They charged a mandatory sunpass fee -They claimed the FSO was also a mandatory "Florida state surcharge" -They only accept 4-5 insurances. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone EVER

Price quoted for rental was around $ 60 and when reached to Agency for renting price quoted was around $ 250. Have to cancel the rental. Such a cheating never happened in my 25 years of car renting. Rental express should take action for such a cheating.

Agency did not honor price I booked on Kayak. They made SunPass mandatory. It was hefty $10+ a day. My booking said all taxes/fees/surcharges were included; I was hit with those. The car they rented had dashboard blinking low air pressure on the rear right tire. Took my time to pump, but sensor error kept displaying low air pressure. And I was stopped by a cop telling me that their tag expired in June. Agency rented me a defective car that should not have been on the road. Want my money back!

We had an issue with the car (flat tire) and we could change the car at the airport in a minute. That was super helpful and we did not waste anytime of our stay so that was perfect

I called twice and waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport. Once arriving at their office, they informed me that due to various undisclosed fees my rate would be about double the amount that was shown in the reservation. I did NOT RENT the vehicle and had to wait almost another hour to be taken back to the airport where I rented a car from another company. I WAS TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE PICKUP SERVICE AND THE SURPRISE INCREASE IN THE RATES.

This was the WORST rental experience I've ever had in my life. I will NEVER rent from ACO or TUF again. We waited FOREVER for a shuttle and when it finally came, there were so many people waiting that my 4 kids were stuck sitting on mine and my husbands laps. 6 of us shared 2 SEATS! I actually got a bruise from being whipped around the car due to crazy driving from the shuttle. The worst part was that the price DOUBLED from the quote I got! I AM OUTRAGED BY the service I've received!
