We were very thankful to the staff for allowing us to pick up the car we reserved later in the day when we unexpectedly got held up. We traveled to and from my Aunt’s memorial with no car issues and they charged us less if we got it back by 6pm. That was a very kind gesture and helped us greatly appreciate the support.
