Everything was very good. Car had some issues that should be checked. Drop off was very confusing and gas cap release was an adventure. Overall very good experience.

The can I rented was clean on the outside, but dirty on the inside. The dashboard area and windshield had not been properly cleaned. The steering wheel had dirt embedded in it so deeply that I had to wash my hands repeatedly to get the gunk off. Ultimately, I had to buy gloves just to drive the van due to the filth on the steering wheel. Not a great experience.

The only thing that would have made this perfect was ez pass. I paid for it but they forgot to give me the box, u was told they'd read my tags but every time I passed a toll it said unpaid. Now to wait for the outcome.

Convenient and friendly. The rental rate (while not cheap) is less expensive than all of the others in the neighborhood.
